The shareholders decided at the Extra General Meeting on February 9, 2024, to issue new warrants for key personnel during 2024.

The subscription period is Feb 9 – Aug 31, 2024. A total of 1 000 000 warrants were issued with an exercise price of 30 SEK. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one B-share. The warrants expire on December 7, 2027. If all warrants are exercised, the Company will receive approximately SEK 30 million before issue costs. If all warrants are exercised for subscription of new shares, the dilution will be approximately 5,6 percent of the votes and approximately 11,5 percent of the shares. As of 30 Apr 2024, 217,500 warrants have been subscribed.
